Concept Meeting

The initial step in Geras Tousignant Gallery Process is when our Proposal Specialist comes to your home. This important meeting allows us to identify the best staging concepts and uncover those cosmetic enhancements that will substantially grow your property’s market value.

Contract Phase

Next phase of the project is when the Proposal Contract is presented by our Management Team.  It includes all our stage design concepts and cosmetic enhancement recommendations for your review.  Once agreed upon plans and price is in place, the contract is signed and a deposit is made.

Cosmetic Enhancements

For those choosing this lucrative improvement opportunity, our Project Managers jump into production mode. They organize all contractors until project completion and oversee all cosmetic enhancement work in your home in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Creative Staging

The final phase in the process happens when our Designer does a walk through to measure, craft and create the vision of your home’s new design. Once plans are in place, our Design Team brings the project to life in your home. With our signature white glove delivery; the result is an impeccable stage design synced in perfect time for your Broker’s photo shoot.
